1. Agreement

By accessing or using any THSApps product (DriftWatch, IntuneSentry, DMARCWatch, AlertWatch, or SPScan), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. THSApps products are operated by Permission Email Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Services

THSApps provides IT monitoring software as a service (SaaS). Each product monitors a specific domain of IT infrastructure and provides alerting, reporting, and management capabilities. Service availability is subject to our uptime commitments for your subscription tier.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and billing

  • Free plans are available with limited features as described on each product's pricing page
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the services
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Resell or redistribute the service without permission

6. Data and privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We process your data solely to provide the services you have requested.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Permission Email Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
